Disney Channel premiered yesterday ''Full Rate" program that has achieved remarkable records in the U.S. line, becoming most-watched series in the history of Disney Channel.
The new Disney Channel series, featuring stellar performances by Bella Thorne and Zendaya Coleman, begins with the BFF, CeCe and Rocky, to audition for the program, "A Todo Rirmo Chicago." Unfortunately, this fails because CeCe froze in the middle of the hearing. A Rocky did well and stayed inside. Rocky would not go to the program because it was not CeCe. CeCe forces Rocky to go to it. In the first show of Rocky, it was CeCe handcuffed her, and ended up dancing together. The host believed to have what it takes so CeCe hired in the program. The girls are officially background dancers in "A Todo Ritmo Chicago"
